Alaina's 9th Birthday

Alaina had her birthday in the middle of our chaos - but she was so happy to be in CT where she could have her good friends join her in celebrating!

Everyone was so happy - they had tons of fun talking and playing games. They were going to watch a movie, but couldn't decide on one or sit still for it - so we played instead.

Singing happy birthday - I think Alaina sang loudest :) and Grammy smiled the most, love her smile!

This is really real - but after the moment of course! :)

Happy Birthday sweet Alaina! We love you and are so glad you are here to brighten our lives!

Tender mercy from Heavenly Father for a birthday present...to be with friends! Time flys, how did she get to be so grown up?

Though the world may be filled with distress, and the heavens gather blackness, and the vivid lightnings flash, and the earth quake from center to circumference, if we know that God lives, and our lives are righteous, we will be happy, there will be peace unspeakable... by going about doing good, we may have peace and happiness and prosperity.
