The little girls and I had tons of fun at the museum but no stories as exciting as Garrett's!!
Becca and the big Moose
Alaina makes the biggest bubble EVER!
Watching the turtles swim,
Becca helps another little girl make a big circle bubble,
We climbed up the tower and they looked outside to the back of the museum,

Becca watches her pingpong ball float all the way down the river. She did a good job of watching and staying dry (the kids aren't supposed to get in this part of the water, see the sign on the bridge). But then she saw the bronze tadpoles in the shade by her feet - she thought they were real and tried to catch one!

We climbed up the tower and they looked outside to the back of the museum, where the water park is, they really enjoyed all the stuff inside, but this is what they were really looking forward too - they had been wearing their swimsuits under their clothes all day in anticipation of getting wet. I was worried that it wouldn't be warm enough - you'll see how long that worry lasted - but first a little outdoor music . . .
Alaina played Hot Cross Buns on the Giant Marble Xylophone,

After that, we had to abandon the clothes. Unfortunately I wasn't fast enough to save the socks and shoes from getting soaked. But we stayed long enough that they dried out pretty well on the rocks in the sun.
Both girls climbed all around the waterfalls and rocks, it's really a beautiful park with all sorts of experiments to try with water pressure, wind, sound etc . . .
Playing in the water fountains, notice the clear ping-pong ball Becca balanced on the water spout.
Alaina made a cool sprinkler,

It was a little windy, but that didn't stop the girls from getting really wet,
Especially Alaina - they loved it and now Kathryn wants to celebrate her birthday there next year - if you're ever in Vermont, you should look the museum up - it's lots of fun.
