Raking up the leaves

Ah - early winter in CT -

All the kids helped get the leaves raked up before the first snow.

This was way back in early December, not sure where Alaina is, but she helped too and Garrett is hidden in front of me, Kat took the photo -

Becca is headed for the leaf pile - she was a hard worker.

But she also played and enjoyed it most -

She hid in the leaf piles, threw armfuls all over . . . made her siblings laugh and cry (because of the mess after her jumping and throwing) and helped get it all back into neat piles that we put on tarps and pulled to the trailer for Dad to dump.

Wait a minute. Isn't that Garrett in front of Bonnie??? So where are Kat & Alaina? Huh? Takes me back...always LOVED playing in the leaves. I can smell 'em and hear 'em crunch now! Happy, happy that my grandkids can enjoy them too. Grandma in Texas

Hee, hee, I think you're right - Kat must be taking the photo and Alaina is awol :) I'll have to fix that . . .
