High Adventure

Brother Jeff Ganoe helped our stake set up a High Adventure in the Sanville's Hundred Acre Woods behind our property. On the last day of High Adventure, our kids got to play along with the High Adventure crew. They had a blast!!!! Notice the legs dangling above Garrett's head!
This is the 'wobbly log' as the kids called it. The log is attached to two trees with cables - hence it wobbles as the kids cross the creek on it. They are strapped in and Gregg is balaying - so he keeps them out of the water.
The legs are from the zip line - more photos to follow.

Isn't she the cutest thing? This is Becca waiting for her turn on the wobbly log. Walking across with the help of Seth Melling and Gregg belaying - helmet still on.

Helmet is now off, but she's on her way back. She kept her head up better without the helmet so Dad took it off. Alaina at the start of the log walk

There she goes . . .

Becca and I wait for what she really wanted to do - the zip line!!! She wanted to go all by herself - no fear with this kid, she wants to be just like the big kids!

We decided she'd be better off with Daddy holding her - here I go!

Time for Dad and Becca - "Zipping" she yelled!!!
Before you run off the hill, you yell "Zipping . . ." and the people at the bottom say "Zip Away" when it's OK to run. Becca still likes to yell Zipping and then tell us that Seth says "Zip Away!"

Kathryn all geared up

And at the end of her ride. It was really fun. All the equipment is fairly permanent, so it's still there waiting for us to go play again. Fun Fun! This summer has been amazing.
